Country Capital Aviation (CCA) has been operating since 1978 from Tamworth, NSW. CCA is multi-faceted and has a professional aviation solution for Flight Training, Engineering and Charter. Having been established for such a lengthy time has allowed CCA to become leaders in their field on many fronts.
CCA specialises in professional flight training with a major focus on Multi-Engine Command Instrument Ratings (MECIR) and Endorsements. All CCA instructors work as line pilots, flying both passenger and freight charter ensuring that the training received is both current and relevant to real operations. The quality of instructors is reflected in the testimonies of past students which include pilots flying with major airlines both nationally and worldwide.
CCA is also the Shell fuel agent at Tamworth, providing both AVGAS and JET A1 fuel and Shell lubricants. Aircraft refuelling is taken care of by friendly staff who accept all major credit cards. The Shell bowser is also located on the base along Taxiway D. Shell is also the preferred supplier for QANTAS.
Country Capital Aviation operates a fleet of single and twin-engine aircraft. Single engine aircraft include Piper and Cessna aircraft. Twin-engine aircraft include Twin Comanche, Cessna 310, Piper Navajo and Chieftain. Our aircraft are also equipped with GPS.
